By using My Pocket Universe ("the Platform"), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
My Pocket Universe is a creative writing and narrative roleplay assistance platform. It provides AI-assisted storytelling tools for personal, non-commercial creative use.
All stories, characters, worlds, and narratives you create on the Platform belong entirely to you. My Pocket Universe does not claim ownership of any user-generated content. We do not read, review, or monitor the content of private user stories.
You agree to use the Platform for lawful, creative purposes only. You are solely responsible for the content you generate. You agree not to use the Platform to generate content that promotes real-world harm, illegal activity, or violates the rights of others.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share account access with others. My Pocket Universe is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation or downgrade, content is preserved but excess resources may be locked until you return to an eligible plan. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
New accounts receive a 3-day Celestial trial. At expiration, the account automatically downgrades to the Explorer free tier. Content is never deleted.
My Pocket Universe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users will be notified when possible.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
