My Pocket Universe ("we", "the Platform") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
We collect your email address, account preferences, subscription tier, and usage metadata (e.g. number of universes, session timestamps). We do not collect, read, or store the content of your private stories.
Your data is used to: authenticate your account, enforce subscription tier limits, process payments, send transactional emails, and improve platform performance. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your stories, characters, and worlds are private by default. The Platform does not read, review, or analyze the content of your creative writing. Only you can see your private content unless you choose to make it public.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Stripe's privacy policy governs how payment data is handled.
We use local storage and session cookies for authentication and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Your content is retained while your account is active. You may request account deletion at any time via a support ticket. Upon deletion, your data is removed within 30 days.
We use Stripe for payments and industry-standard cloud infrastructure for hosting. We do not share identifiable user data with third parties beyond what is necessary to provide these services.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time through the Platform's support system.
