If you believe a purchase was made in error:

• Requests after 24 hours will not be considered

Even within this window:

• Refunds are not guaranteed
• At our sole discretion, we may:
  • Downgrade your plan
  • Offer partial account credit
  • Provide alternative compensation

We are not obligated to provide any refund or compensation.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle
• No prorated refunds will be issued
• No unused time will be reimbursed

4. Why Refunds Are Not Offered

Our platform incurs immediate and irreversible costs, including but not limited to:

• AI model usage fees (per token, per request)
• Infrastructure and compute costs
• Third-party API consumption
• Persistent memory and storage processing

Once a user interacts with the platform, costs are incurred instantly and cannot be reversed.

5. Chargebacks & Abuse

Attempting to bypass this policy via chargebacks or disputes may result in:

• Immediate account suspension or termination
• Permanent ban from the platform
• Legal action where applicable
